What We Grow?

With our indoor, climate controlled facility, we can grow dozens of edible mushroom species, depending on the demand.

Currently, our focus has been the following:

Oyster Mushroom

Use: Versatile in stir-fries, soups, pasta, risottos, and vegetarian dishes. Absorbs flavors well.

Flavor: Mild, earthy, slightly sweet, with intensified taste when cooked.

Texture: Tender, velvety, slightly chewy, retains firmness when cooked.

Medicinal Value: Immune-boosting, cholesterol-lowering, rich in vitamins B, C, D, and antioxidants.
